Yes, if your bank card is suitable for worldwide use! But not all the cash-dispenser machines accept foreign cards. Only the machines which bear in its front the sign/logo of your bank card (Cirrus, Maestro, etc). Use only cash-dispenser machines located in the front or the side of bank branches – if by any chance you card is witheld by the machine you can simply walk in and request it back. If such situation happens in one of the cash-dispenser machines standing alone in the city, it may well take up to 36 hours to regain your card!

PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION WHILE USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. Like in the Netherlands, credit cards and PIN (personal identification number) codes are, regrettably, too often subject to fraud! Only use your credit card when you can keep it clearly in sight at all times!
